William John (Jr) Koleszar

William John Koleszar, Jr., Born February 15, 1948 Died March 17, 2020.  Born in Cleveland, Ohio to the late William John  Koleszar, Sr. and late Helen Koleszar ( Szepessy).  Husband of Linda (Czaplenski) Koleszar.  Father of William F., Lisa, Michelle (Rick) Long, grandfather  of Kimberly (Chad) Riley, Shelby, Sydney and Cooper.  Great Grandfather of Laila.  Brother of James (Leora) Koleszar and the late Kenneth (Melpa) Koleszar.   He was a scoutmaster for both Troops 280 and 475, was a district commissioner, a Silver Beaver award recipient in 1999.  He was past commander  for the Sons of the American Legion Squadron 685 and a former member of the Knights of Columbus Council 4571.  William was also a member of St. Joan of Arc Catholic Church in Streetsboro and a long time Streetsboro City Schools Board member.  He was a member of the Greater Aquarium Society.  William also loved camping, cooking and helping youth become better citizens, animal care and being with his family and loved ones.  At his request cremation has taken place.  A Celebration of life Ceremony will take place at a  later date.  Condolences and memories of William may be shared at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
