William D. Martin Sr.

William Dana Martin Sr. 61 of Ravenna passed away June 10, 2014. He was born June 6, 1953 in Wheeling, WV. to the late Lura (Grimes) Martin and Alfred W. Martin. Bill was an employee of Berry Plastic's/Filmco for over 40 years, and was an avid hunter. Besides his parents he was preceded in death by his wife, Nellie (Brothers) Martin and his brother, Allan Martin.  Survivors include his son, William Dana (Marsha) Martin Jr. of Mogadore, granddaughter, Emily Martin,  siblings, Michael Martin of Ravenna, and Beth (Donnie) Fish of Wheeling WV, nieces and nephews, Jeremy, Shannon, Mason, Mike, and Ashley.  Calling hours will be held from 6 - 9 PM Friday, June 13, 2014 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel and  1:00 PM till time of the service at 3:00 PM Saturday, June 14, 2014 at Kepner Funeral Home, 166 Kruger Street, Wheeling, WV, Rev. Michael W. Martin Jr will be officiating. Burial will be in Parkview Memorial Gardens in Wheeling at a later date.
