William L. "Wild Bill" Downey

William L. "Wild Bill" Downey passed away Monday, January 22, 2024 while working in Geauga County. He was born December 27, 1986 in Bedford, Ohio to William R. and Lorrie (Treffny) Downey. Bill was a tree trimmer and landscaper. Survivors include his wife Sarah Kiser, daughter Serenity Downey, siblings TJ Yake, Elvis Freeland, Hope Hammond and Elizabeth Downey, aunt Kay Gambatese, uncle Michael Downey and several nieces, nephews and cousins. He was preceded in death by his parents and brother Joe Jarvis. Cremation has taken place. A Celebration of Life will be held at a later date.
