Willie Lockett

Willie Lockett 83 of Kent passed away Sunday September 27, 2015 at his residence.  He was born August 8, 1932 in Elaine, Arkansas to the late Will and Hattie Lockett.  Willie has been a construction worker, working with Local 894 out of Akron and was a veteran of the US National Guard.  Survivors include his wife Georgia (Pinter) Lockett, his children Tony (Carmen) Pinter of Columbus, Ohio , Andre Pinter of Kent, grandchildren Markeshia, Tony, Shanautica, Caprice, Cameron, Asia, Ciara, Faith and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by three sisters and one brother.  Calling hours will be Saturday October 3, 2015 from 10:00 AM until time of funeral services  at 11:00 AM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel.  Burial will follow the services at Hillside Cemetery Shalersville, Ohio.  Condolences and memories of Willie may be shared with the family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
