Wilma L. (Conner) Eaglen

Wilma  L. Eaglen 82 of Charlestown died Monday, July 18, 2011. She was born September 15, 1928 in Kingwood, WV to William and Mae (Uphold) Conner. A Portage County resident since 1957, she has lived in Charlestown since 1962 and had attended the Charlestown United Methodist Church. Survivors include her sons Ralph , Jr. of Ravenna and Robert of Charlestown, 7 grandchildren, 12 great grandchildren, sisters Ruby Heckert and Josephine Conner both of WV and brothers William, Daniel, Glenn and Gary Conner all of WV. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband Ralph in 1999, a son Randy , sister Hazel and infant brother Leland Conner. At her request there will be no calling hours and her casket will be closed, a funeral service will be held at 1 PM Thursday, July 21, 2011 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel with Pastor Brian Oglesbee officiating. Burial will follow in Charlestown Cemetery.
