Winifred (Parks) Dempsey

Winifred G. Dempsey 83 of Streetsboro died Monday, May 7, 2018. She was born October 25, 1934 in Williamsburg, PA to Myrl and Anna (Detwiler) Parks. She was a member of the Full Gospel House of Prayer in Streetsboro, was a founding member of the Streetsboro Church of God and worked for Container Corporation of America in Solon. Survivors include her husband Calvin Dempsey, sons Harry Dempsey and Darrell (Melissa) Dempsey, 2 grandchildren, 7 great grandchildren and a sister Harriett Bowser. Calling hours will be from 11 AM until time of funeral service at 1 PM Thursday, May 10, 2018 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel. Pastor Darrel Libengood will officiate. Entombment will follow in Crown Hill Cemetery in Twinsburg.
