Anthony S. "Tony" Stankiewicz

"TOGETHER AGAIN" Anthony S. "Tony" Stankiewicz, 79 of Ravenna, passed away Tuesday, September 5, 2023 at his home surrounded by his loved ones. He was born January 5, 1944 in Cleveland, Ohio to Anthony J. and Mary Elizabeth (Stanek) Stankiewicz. Tony was a member of St. Joan of Arc Church in Streetsboro. He was a policeman for the City of Cleveland, the City of Streetsboro Police Department and served as a bailiff for the Portage County Courthouse for 22 years. Survivors include his sons Michael A. Stankiewicz, Kenneth John (Carol) Stankiewicz and Mark A. (April) Stankiewicz, 7 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and a sister Mary Ann Lorring. He was preceded in death by his parents and his wife of 46 years Marie (Lickert) Stankiewicz. Calling hours will be from 4 PM to 7 PM on Monday, September 11, 2023 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. A funeral mass will be held at 10 AM on Tuesday, September 12, 2023 at St. Joan of Arc Church in Streetsboro (PLEASE MEET AT THE CHURCH) with Father Chris Luoni officiating.
