Christopher E. Olson, 48, of Ravenna, Ohio passed away Sunday August 6, 2023 at the Ahuja Medical Center in Beachwood, Ohio. He was born March 14, 1975 in Akron, Ohio to the late Clair and Judith (Bednar) Olson. Chris has lived in Ravenna the past 22 years and was formerly of Sagamore Hills, Ohio. He worked at Walmart in Ravenna in Asset Protection, had attended KSU was an avid sports fan loving the Ohio State Buckeyes and the Browns, but his passion was cooking, both indoors and outdoors. Survivors include his wife Carla R. (Klepper) Olson whom he married June 15, 2002, his sister Carrie (Chris) Hlad, his nephew Camden Hlad and aunts and uncle John and Jennifer Olson and Debbie Olson, brother in law Craig and nieces Jadyn, Adrianna and Kila Klepper. In honoring his request, cremation has taken place and a Celebration of Life for Chris Olson is as follows. August 27th from 2-4pm at Shalersville Town Hall. Address is 9090 State Route 44, Ravenna Ohio 44266. Wear Browns and Ohio State gear if you have it. If not than it's ok..
