Connie L (Mowery) Thompson

Connie L. Thompson, 75 of Ravenna, passed away Thursday October 24, 2024 at Mercy Hospital in Canton, Ohio.  Connie was born on June 2, 1949 in Holden, WVA to the late Elwood and Catherine (Webb) Mowery.  She has lived in Ravenna the past two years and was formerly of Rootstown and Chapmanville, WVA.  Connie was a retired RN from Charleston Medical Center in Charleston, WVA and worked locally for Revco Drug Store.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her siblings Barbara Sue Mowery, John Mowery Sr. and  David Mowery.  Survivors include her husband Darrell G. Thompson whom she married in November of 1968, a special cousin Sarah Bates and several nieces and nephews.  Calling hours will be 6 to 8 PM Wednesday October 30, 2024 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel.  Graveside services will be 1:00 PM Thursday October 31, 2024 at Highland Memory Gardens Chapmanville, WVA.  Condolences and memories of Connie may be shared with her family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
