Donald Eddy Obituary

Donald "Dwayne" Eddy 56 of Middlefield, passed away Thursday August 27, 2020 at his home with his family by his side following a brief battle with an aggressive cancer.  He was born October 12, 1963 in San Fernando Valley, California to Donald Lee Eddy and Sandra Lee (Fisher) Eddy.  Living in Middlefield the past 8 years  he was formerly of Ravenna and Randolph where he graduated from Waterloo High School and the Maplewood Career Center in 1992.  He worked most of his life as an industrial worker and enjoyed doing outside work.  He loved to fish, watch nascar and was an avid Raiders fan.  His biggest enjoyment came by spending time with his boys, wife and family.  He was very proud of being an AA member for 31 years.  On  May 6, 1995 he married his best friend Billie J. (Dickel) Eddy of Middlefield.  Also surviving are his sons Eric Eddy, Cory Eddy of Middlefield, his father Donald Lee (Rachel) Eddy, his mother Sandra L. Eddy, his siblings Christina Snyder of Hartsgrove, OH, Rocky (Lynn) Eddy of Eugene, Oregon and many aunts, uncles, cousins, nieces and nephews.  Preceding him in death are his paternal grandparents Juanita and Dale Eddy and his maternal grandparents Della and Donald Fisher and in laws William and Phyllis Dickel .  Calling hours will be Thursday September 3, 2020 from 5 Pm until time of services at 7 PM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel with Chaplain Bill Wisniewski officiating.  Condolences and memories of Dwayne may be shared at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
