Isaiah S.C. Monville

Isaiah S.C. Monville, 10, of Ravenna, passed away Saturday September 7, 2024  at Akron Children's Hospital in Akron, Ohio.  He was born May 20, 2014 in Ravenna, Ohio.  Isaiah was 5th grade student at Brown Middle school in Ravenna and enjoyed painting, sketching, drawing and just being a kid.  He was very proud of being a football player for the Ravenna Ravens youth football team #forever10 and #13 Strong.  He was preceded in death by his Santa Claus grandpa Arnold Horner,  Aunt Kristy Horner and many others.  Survivors include his mother and step dad Constance N. Horner and Teddy Stanley, his siblings Andre, Travis, Alexys, Madison, grandparents Stacy Horner, Cherie Monville, Aunts Jennifer (Rich) Yaratch, Kara (Chris) Ganz, Tiffany (Ken) Jones, Lala (Rob), Cassie (Johnny) Heeter,  Candy (Doug) McPeak, Michelle (Harold) Fronek, Uncle Gene (Kathy) McPeak, as well as many cousins and friends.  Calling hours will be 5 to 8 pm Wednesday September 11, 2024 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Ravenna Chapel, where funeral services will be 12 Noon on Thursday  September 12, 2024.  Burial will follow in Grandview Memorial Park Ravenna, Ohio.  The family would like to thank the Ravenna Community and the Ravenna Ravens youth football program for their strong support over the past several days.  Condolences and memories of Isaiah may be shared with his family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
