Joanne A (Anderson) Curran

Joanne A. Curran, 85 of Streetsboro passed away on Monday July 6, 2020 at Uh Portage Medical Center in Ravenna, Ohio.  On September 14, 1934, she was born to the late Herbert and Alice (Fallon) Anderson in Steubenville, Ohio.  Mrs. Curran has lived most of her life in Streetsboro where she was a member of the St. Joan of Arc Church.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by  her husband Daniel Curran on December 28, 1998 and her daughter Kathleen Williams on July 5, 2010.  Survivors include her children Sandra Hodge, Patty (Mike) Phillips, Margaret (Sal) Mendolera, Mary (John) Kline, Danny (Tammy) Curran, 16 grandchildren , 10 great grandchildren and her best friend Carol Daczko.  Calling hours will be from 5-8 Pm on Thursday July 9, 2020 at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel.  Mass of Christian Burial will be 10:30 AM on Friday July 10, 2020 at St. Joan of Arc Church in Streetsboro with Father Chris Luoni officiating.  Burial will follow in Evergreen Cemetery Streetsboro, Ohio.   The family asks that in lieu of flowers, memorial donations may be made to the Denise Marie Flaherty Memorial Foundation.  Condolences and memories of Joanne may be shared with her family at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
