Kaylee Sue Freitag 17 of Deerfield passed away Friday, March 12, 2021. She was born September 26, 2003 in Ravenna, Ohio to Samuel Freitag and Elizabeth Patton. Kaylee leaves behind her mother Elizabeth (Christopher Spencer) Patton and father Samuel Freitag, sisters Marissa Freitag and Serafina Spencer and grandparents Samuel Freitag I, Sherri Freitag and Pamela Robinson. She was preceded in death by her sister Cadence Spencer and grandfather Ernest Robinson. A Celebration of her life will be held from 3 PM to 6 PM on Sunday, March 21, 2021 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel.
