Lillian Kotapish, 90 of Windham, Ohio passed away Monday January 23, 2023 at Longmeadow Care Center in Ravenna, Ohio. She was born February 7, 1932 in Bedford, Ohio to the late Joseph and Caroline (Kule) Dusek. Lillian was a homemaker and is survived by her husband Thomas Kotapish, her children Beverly, Donna, Edward and Michael. In honoring her requests, cremation has taken place and no services will be held.
