MaryAnn Bozak passed away peacefully at Vista Veranda on May 14, 2024. MaryAnn was born November 1, 1932 in Cleveland, Ohio to Andrew and Anna Murray (nee Omahan) and was their only daughter, along with three sons. MaryAnn loved life and hers was well-lived. Independent, strong-willed, creative, joyful. MaryAnn did everything with flair and style and there wasn't anything she couldn't do. Cooking, cleaning, baking, decorating, shopping; always preparing for the next party, event, or trip. She loved books and reading, crafting, sewing costumes. She loved to sing she loved to dance, and loved people making many polka, golf, bridge and library friends. MaryAnn a licensed beautician for more than 30 years and salon owner never lost interest in doing hair. Scissors were in her hands for so many years, she never lost her desire to use them. MaryAnn was preceded in death by her beloved husband of 68 years, Paul Raymond Bozak. What a great life they shared. Travel, polka, golf, family & friends filled their lives. They gave us so many memories to cherish and now they are together again. MaryAnn is survived by her two children Paul Anthony (Therese) and Laurie (Joseph), Many nieces, nephews, and their children and many extended family members. She did everything out of love and with love. MaryAnn taught us how to live and now her watch has ended. In honor of MaryAnn, wear your sparkly clothes and jewelry, a smile, be kind. Remember her gently with love. Cremation has taken place. In honoring her wishes no further memorials are planned at this time. A special "thank you" to all the amazing people at Vista Veranda who provided such great care and support.
