Michael R. Snyder, born March 7, 1986 of Edinburg, Ohio died after a short illness June 11, 2021 at Parma Hospital. Anyone who knows Michael knows that he lived by his rules. That he lived the life that he wanted. When Mike made up his mind about something there was no changing it. He worked for several years doing factory assembly through Portage Industries Inc. Michael was a leader at Portage Industries. He was always looking out for others who could not do so for themselves. It was not unusual to find him privately practicing sign language on YouTube so that he could talk to the new hire. Michael gave a voice to those who did not have one, he shared with people, he taught people, he cared about others--he stuck up for people this is the kind of person Mike was. Michael died peacefully after being able to say goodbye to his family. He will be missed, but never forgotten. Living in Edinburg most of his life he was a 2004 graduate from Southeast and Maplewood Schools. Survivors include his mother Cynthia (Kevin Miley ) Snyder of Edinburg, his father Ralph E.
