Ralph L. Pennock, age 75 died on May 23, 2022, at his home surrounded by family after a battle with cancer. He was born June 19, 1946, in Streetsboro to the late Roy and Freda (Power) Pennock. He graduated from Streetsboro High School in 1966. Ralph is a veteran of the Vietnam War, where he earned several medals. The National Defense Service Medal, Vietnamese Campaign Medal, Vietnam Service Medal One overseas Bar and the Expert Rifle Badge. He retired after 33 years of service from Prospect Mold and Die of Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio as a machinist. He is survived by his sister Mary Holton of Strongsville, Ohio and brother Paul (Teri) Pennock of Galena, Ohio as well as many nieces and nephews. In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his brothers David E. Pennock, Albert Pennock and Joseph Pennock. Ralph was an outdoors man who enjoyed hunting, snowmobiling and riding his ATV on the family farm. However, his passion was wood working where he enjoyed making many items. Calling hours will be Thursday May 26, 2022 from 11:00 AM until time of the 12 Noon funeral services at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Homes Streetsboro Chapel.
