Richard W. Hollman 75 of Atwater passed away Sunday, February 7, 2021 at University Hospital in Cleveland. He was born January 5, 1946 in Homer, PA to the late Glenn and Elizabeth (Patterson) Hollman. Richard was a US Army veteran, a member of the NRA and worked as a mechanic for Thistledown Race Track. He was an avid outdoors man and enjoyed fishing and hunting with his dogs Bear and Noah. Survivors include his wife of 54 years Barbara (Ellsworth), sons Mark (Kristen Hewitt) Hollman, Jeff (Twila) Smith, and Richard (Gwynn) Hollman, Jr. 5 grandchildren Douglas, Codie, Travis, Courtney and Derek. 5 great grandchildren. Quintin, Mackenzie, Mason, Codie Jr, and Hudson. Richard was preceded in death by his son Douglas Smith, his two brothers Bill and Jim and his hunting partner Bear. There will be no calling hours or services, cremation has taken place. Arrangements have been entrusted to Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. In lieu of flowers the family request memorials to the Wounded Warrior Project, PO Box 758516, Topeka, Kansas 66675-8516.
