Robert "Bobby" Kale

Robert (Bobby) Colton Kale 60 of Ravenna passed away unexpectedly Saturday, April 15, 2023. He was born April 8, 1963 in Ravenna, Ohio to Robert L. and Carolyn (Colton) Kale. Bobby was employed at Jade Sterling Steel where he worked in the shipping department. Prior to that, Bobby had worked at the Chrysler Stamping plant until the plant closed down in 2010. Bobby was inducted into the Portage County Bowling Hall of Fame in 2006. He was an avid sports fan and enjoyed all Cleveland teams as well as The Ohio State Buckeyes. He was a member of the Ravenna Moose Lodge #1234. Bobby was also an enthusiastic Golfer, enjoyed Nascar, Hunting and spending time with friends and family on weekends in Southern Ohio. Bobby was preceded in death by both of his parents. Survivors include his brother Mark (Rhoda) Kale, Nephews: Cody (Laura) Kale and Logan Kale as well as honorary niece Nichole Prater. Last but not least, his beloved sidekick pup JJ. Memorial visitation will be held Wednesday May 3 from 5:00 – 7:00 pm at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. A Celebration of Life event will be announced on Facebook for a later date.
