Rosalyn O. Brindle 88 of Streetsboro passed away peacefully with her family by her side on Saturday September 12, 2015 at her residence. She was born October 12, 1926 in Pittsburgh, PA to the late Frederick and Rosaline (O'Brien) Cook. Mrs. Brindle has lived in Streetsboro since 1967 and was formerly of Pittsburgh. She was a member of St. Joan of Arc Church in Streetsboro and loved spending time with her family especially her grandchildren and great grandchildren. Survivors include her children Candace (Ronald) Pinkosky of Mt. Pleasant, PA, Barry (Sandra) Brindle of Columbus, GA, Terry (Debbie) Brindle of Mantua, Ohio, Constance Brindle of Streetsboro, her grandchildren Allyson (Boyd), Matthew (Kelly), Shannon (Andrew) , Jodi (Jared) , Adam, Alex, Lori Ann, Angela (Michael), Lisa (Craig), Kristen (Chuck), her great grandchildren Ashley, Sadie, Aidon, Austin, Gwendolyn, Addie, Max, Ava and Matthew, her sister Kathleen Kagle of Pittsburgh and her daughter in law Hedda of Cuyahoga Falls. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Floyd on July 12, 1995, her son Randy on December 3, 1988, one sister and five brothers. Calling hours will be Wednesday September 16, 2015 from 9:00 AM until 9:45 AM at the Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home’s Streetsboro Chapel followed by Mass of Christian Burial at 10:00 AM at St. Joan of Arc Church Streetsboro, Ohio. She will be laid to rest beside her husband Floyd at Grandview Memorial Park Ravenna, Ohio. The family would especially like to thank the RMH Hospice and VNA for their support and care of Rosalyn.
