Rosemarie "Posie" (McCracken) Cobb

Rosemarie "Posie"(McCracken) Cobb 72 of Franklin Township passed away Wednesday, March 8, 2023 at the Woodlands Health and Rehabilitation Center in Ravenna. She was born January 19, 1951 in Ravenna to W. Edward and M. Margaret (Dorn) McCracken. Rosemarie was an LPN for Akron City Hospital, a member of the Ravenna Moose #540, the American Legion Auxiliary Post 496 and the VFW Auxiliary. Survivors include her husband Clarence, brother Robert E. McCracken and many nieces, nephews and friends. She was preceded in death by her parents and a brother Carl E. McCracken. Calling hours will be from 5 PM to 7 PM Monday, March 13, 2023 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel with Women of the Moose Service at 6:45 PM Monday. Funeral services will be at 11 AM Tuesday, March 14, 2023 at the funeral home with Reverend William Snyder officiating. Burial will follow in Standing Rock Cemetery in Kent. In lieu of flowers memorials should be made to Moose Heart.
