Ruth K (Willyard) Hawkinberry

Ruth K. Hawkinberry, 76 of Ravenna, passed away Tuesday December 31, 2019 at the Woodlands Health and Rehab.   She was born February 21, 1943 in Ravenna, Ohio to the late William and Flora (Utley) Willyard.  Being a lifelong  Ravenna resident, Ruth was a homemaker and loved cooking, music and spending time with her family.  Survivors include her daughters Connie Graves,  Betty A. Lange,  Barbara (Carl "Buddy") Shaffer, her grandchildren, Karen (Donshay) Carter, Orlin Hawkinberry, Mandy (Jeff)  Graves, Brittany (Greg) Rohl, her great grandchildren Rachael, Gregory, Grace, Jacob, Travis Jewelle , her siblings Billy Willyard, Jim Willyard, Bob Willyard,  Carolyn Hawkinberry, Cheryl Sands, Loretta (Daniel) Dolin, Sandra Lovejoy, Joyce Lovejoy, Bonnie English  and many nieces and nephews.  In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband Marvin Hawkinberry who died July 12, 1988, her brothers  Richard and Larry Willyard and son in law Frederick Lange.  Graveside services will be 11:00 AM Monday January 6, 2019 with burial to follow in Maple Grove Cemetery Ravenna, Ohio.  Condolences and memories may be shared at www.sscfuneralhomes.com.
