Sharon L Dean

Sharon L. Dean 67 of Ravenna passed away Monday, April 12, 2021 at UH Portage Medical Center. She was born June 16, 1953 in Westfield,NY to Kenneth and Velma (Bell) Smith. She was the matriarch of her family and gave all of herself to caring for and providing for her family. She was a tough, hard working, endlessly generous and unconditionally loving sister, mother, grandmother and friend. She raised and provided for three generations and has set an example for us on how to live a good and honest life.  Sharon worked for Mantaline Corporation for 42 years. Survivors include her daughter Sheryl Dean-Willis, grandchildren Katie (Isaac) Dean-Gladwell, Amber Willis and Aaron Willis, Jr., 4 great grandchildren and siblings Dennis C. (Marieta) Smith, Terry (Gail) Smith, Kenneth E. Smith, Jr., Diana (Jerry) Stanoch, Ricky L. Smith, Judy Brosius and Deborah (Al) Morris. She was preceded by her parents, granddaughter Tiffany Dean Thill and siblings Wanda Jean Smith and Elton F. Smith. Calling hours will be from 1 - 3 PM Sunday, April 18, 2021 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Funeral services will be at 10 AM Monday, April 19, 2021 at the funeral home. Burial will follow in Maple Grove Cemetery in Ravenna.
