Teresa "Terry" G. (Jones) Cales

Teresa (Terry) G. Cales aka Mama Cales and Mimi, 62 of Shalersville passed away Thursday, November 19, 2020 at University Hospital in Cleveland, after a three week battle with Covid-19. She was born January 28, 1958 in Ravenna, Ohio to Dale and Louise (Hunt) Jones. Terry was a member of The North Gate Church in Streetsboro. She worked as a customer service representative for Cardinal Health. Survivors include her children Wendy (Brian) Hahn, Nathan (Amy) Cales and Adam (Leah) Cales, grandchildren Kyndall, Alexia, Hayley (Derrick), Thomas, Mandy, Joe, Ally and Elias, great granddaughter Jolene, siblings Jim (Debbie) Jones, Wanda (David) Studer and Angie Ingram and her close friend Jeff Phillips. She was preceded in death by her parents, brothers Bob and Teddy Jones and her granddaughter Riley Hahn. Terry loved Jesus and had unwavering faith in God. She was a selfless person who loved people, especially her family. She had a passion for photography and loved taking pictures of nature and her grandchildren. She was a loving woman who will be greatly missed by many. The family asks that in lieu of flowers you perform an act of kindness in her honor. Calling hours will be from 5 - 8 PM Tuesday, November 24, 2020 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Streetsboro Chapel. Masks are required and you are asked to pay your respects quickly and do not linger at the funeral home. Funeral services will be at 10 AM Wednesday, November 25, 2020 with Pastor Jim Lovejoy officiating. Burial will follow in Riverside Cemetery in Shalersville.
