Twila (Bargerstock) Holm

"Together Again" Twila Holm, 91, of Ravenna passed away Friday, February 3, 2023 at Longmeadow Care Center. She was born August 24, 1931 in Kittanning, PA to Roy and Dessie (Jordan) Bargerstock. Twila was a member of the Ravenna First Church of God. Twila taught school for almost 50 years, most recently as a substitute teacher for Southeast Local Schools for 28 years. Twila was also the church choir director, member of WCG and served on many boards and committees for the local and regional church. She was a perfectionist in the kitchen and pleased many a palette. She encouraged many with her contagious smile, positive attitude and most of all, her love for God. Survivors include her children, Carla Jean Pandohie, Leif Ericson (Sylvia) Holm and Paul Carlson (Kimberly) Holm, 8 grandchildren, 6 great grandchildren and siblings Rodney (Ilene) Bargerstock, Louise Freed and Connie Steffey. She was preceded in death by her parents, her husband, Reverend Carl Holm, and great granddaughter, Jusina Millie. Calling hours will be from 2 PM until time of funeral service at 4 PM Sunday, February 19, 2023 at the Ravenna First Church of God, 237 New Milford Road in Ravenna.
