William G. Steiner

William G. Steiner 84 of Ravenna passed away Monday, January 21, 2019. He was born November 21, 1934 in Cuyahoga Falls, Ohio to Ernest and Eleanor (Myers) Steiner. Mr. Steiner was a US Army veteran, a member of the Ravenna American Legion and worked as a press operator for Chrysler Corporation. Survivors include his children William (Karen) Steiner II of Randolph and Paul Steiner of Ravenna, grandchildren William III (Falon) Steiner, Tiffany (CJ) Gran, Robert Greathouse and Angela Hamilton, 10 great grandchildren, brother Raymond Steiner of Florida, former wife Patricia Steiner and companion Brenda Clark. He was preceded in death by his parents, children Robert Steiner and Deborah Steiner, sister Judy Steiner and brother Tim Steiner. Calling hours will be from 4 pm until time of funeral service at 7 pm Thursday, January 24, 2019 at Shorts Spicer Crislip Funeral Home Ravenna Chapel. Chaplain Bill Wisniewski will officiate. Burial with military honors will take place at 10 am Friday, January 25, 2019 at Highland Memorial Park in Beloit, Ohio.
