Cece and I extend our most sincere condolences at this time of loosing your mother. They say we will meet again after passing through those Pearly Gates and when she did I bet your father met here with a smile and hug. God bless the Dunlap Family.

I definitely felt like Mrs. Dunlap was a cornerstone of Streetsboro High School. She always had a smile on her face for each and every student and was well respected by all. I was so happy to hear she continued on at SHS until her retirement. I extend my sincere condolences to the entire Dunlap family.

We always joked about my birthday being one day after yours (1949) and closer to yours than Dad's on the 25th of September, 1923. Without Your Mom for me to lean on at school, finishing the year of 1965 would have been too hard. She was always there for comfort and caring....even just a place to hide for a while.

Floyd was one of the finest men I've ever known....now they are all together dancing and having such good times. She will be very missed, as your Dad has been, by all left behind.

"Mrs. Dunlap" was a great lady who I fondly remember as a pillar at school. My parents, Ralph and Rebecca Moore knew and respected Janet (and Floyd) more personally from teaching in the Streetsboro schools and from membership in the UMC of Streetsboro. (Ralph passed away in 1999 and Rebecca in 2014) Their generation showed a special grace, tenacity, humor and warmth that touched all of us who now mourn their passing. May they all rest in peace.

Jan was the first person I met at Streetsboro High School when I went to
apply for a job. She was sweet, classy, friendly and the best representative of the
SHS family. I was there for 25 years and Jan was there with me for most of that
time. She never changed from day 1 until she left. We missed her so much.
Glad she is at peace and back with her Floyd. My condolences to the family!
Heaven will be lighting up with Jan there. I will never forget her kindness.

Heaven has gained another angel and a most beautiful soul. To this day I love daffodils, because Jan planted them in the front yard of my lot (many) years before I built my home. I'll never forget after her knee surgery, she and Floyd brought my husband and I brownies after our accident and our return home from the hospital. She was always gracious and loving and kind, and the best neighbor anyone could ask for. She will always be remembered by my family and me as a ray of sunshine. <3 I'm so sorry for your loss Susan, Diane and Mike. Our deepest condolences.

Mrs. Dunlap - I remember you so Fondly. You were cheerful to all, and such a leader and example in your quiet, humble manner. Your spirit will live on in the hearts of students and families. I am greatful to have been able to call you Friend. RIP

Mom and I will miss going down the hall to visit with your mom. She always had her sense of humor. I know she was in pain but always had that smile and was so appreciative for those that visited. She knew us form our younger days at the Methodist Church when we first moved to Streetsboro, and also in school. Was nice talking with you Diane, Mike and Susan , your mom was loved by MANY! We will always remember her fondly. Thelma, Cynthia and Pam

I don't know how the High School would have operated as well as it did without Mrs.
Dunlap. What a wonderful lady she was.
