Sarah was such a great blend of godly and fun-loving! She had aspired to be an actress in her youth. When she was so lonely after being widowed the first time, she bravely auditioned and won roles in various community theaters, where she performed beautifully, but also, lived out her faith amongst her many new friends.
I loved the twinkle in Sarah's eyes, the spirit of fun just waiting to happen, her absolute devotion to our God, and the animated way she expressed her joy and love for life.
Sarah, Sarah, you were special, and I know God is happy to have you in His presence. You were a good and faithful servant. Thank you for being such a great friend. Love you!! I will see you again. Save me a seat in the alto section.

Aunt Sarah will be very missed by my whole household. Her smiling face, her warm embrace, and the joyful sounds of her laughter will forever be in my memory of her. I treasure all the time we spent together, and am comforted knowing she is now in God's embrace.

Sarah was a special person who was only helpful and encouraging in our lives. We rejoice that she has had her abundant entrance into the eternal kingdom of our Lord and Savior Jesus Christ but she will be greatly missed here. I deeply regret that Saturday has things scheduled and we cannot attend the calling hours and funeral. Please know that you have our sympathy and prayers during this time.
